Development, technical assistance and interventions
The hosting services include the normal operation of the infrastructure: servers, mail, DNS, monitoring, basic security and general system updates.
Specific requests for development, advanced maintenance, custom administration or emergency work are treated separately. When such work falls outside normal hosting support, all2all announces this before starting the billable intervention, so the scope, expected work and pricing basis are clear.

- Interventions are billed according to the time actually worked.
- Some requests may require an estimate or a fixed quote before work starts.
- Small corrections and ordinary support usually remain included in the normal hosting relationship.
- Adapted pricing may be considered for certain cultural, associative or artistic projects.
