Acceptable use policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules for using the services provided by all2all, including web hosting, email and domain name services.
Scope
This policy applies to all customers and any third parties using our services through them.
Permitted use
Our services may be used for lawful purposes such as hosting websites, running online services, managing domains and providing communication infrastructure.
Prohibited use
The following uses are not allowed:
- any activity that violates applicable Belgian, European or international law
- sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- hosting or distributing malware, phishing or fraudulent content
- abuse of network resources or services
- activity that may negatively impact other users, systems or shared infrastructure
Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all content and activities carried out using their accounts, including those of third parties using access, services or resources provided by them.
Abuse and monitoring
all2all may investigate abuse reports and take appropriate technical or administrative measures to protect the integrity, security and continuity of its services.
Enforcement
all2all reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of abuse, security risk or violation of this policy.
