Terms of use

These terms apply to the use of services provided by the all2all network, operated by Moving Art Studio ASBL/VZW.

Service framework

all2all provides Internet services including web hosting, email, domain name management, DNS and related infrastructure services.

A service relationship starts when an order, online request, signed agreement or other clear request is accepted for processing.

Responsibility for content

Users remain responsible for data, content and activities stored, published or transmitted through their services. all2all does not pre-screen content. Use of the services must comply with Belgian, European and international law.

Security

Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with unauthorised third parties. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of applications they install or operate.

Billing and payment

Invoices are normally sent electronically. They must be paid within the indicated period. Domain name registrations and renewals may require advance payment.

If payment is not received, all2all may suspend or terminate services after an appropriate delay. Amounts due remain payable.

Domain names

Domain names are also subject to the rules of the relevant registries and registrars. Some extensions have specific registration, transfer, renewal or dispute policies.

Privacy

Personal data is processed only for administration, service operation, invoicing and legally required processing. More information is available in the privacy policy.

Abuse

Spam, phishing, malware, attacks, unlawful content and other abusive activity are not allowed. The acceptable use policy complements these terms.

Availability and maintenance

all2all aims to provide stable and reliable services. Maintenance, technical incidents, power outages, network problems, force majeure or events outside all2all’s control may cause interruptions.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies. The parties first seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts in Brussels apply.
